We start the process with a kickoff meeting on site to assess the scope of work. You can send us through some images for an initial assessment.
The visit is free and comes with no obligations. Once we have assessed the scope of work you will receive a proposal for the discussed work. Once accepted we move forward with the process.
It is very helpful if the Customer can provide any available plans of the land, construction drawings and any relevant documents regarding the land before or during the first meeting.
See below for services we cover. This may or may not apply to your project. We are happy to discuss any enquiries big or small, so please get in touch!
We produce a wide range of plans to scale. From initial concepts to detailed plans to build from. This can be in 2D or 3D depending on customers needs and complexity of the project.
Construction details are extremely helpful and sometimes vital for the succession of the project. We can work with contractors or DIY'ers to refine how detailed or broad this detail will be.
Supporting documents to conceive the presented idea are essential to convey the concept to customer and contractor alike. These are a few of many: Look and Feel Pages, Material and Plant Imaginary, Sketches, Cross-Sections, Perspectives, 3D Models and more…
Planting Plans can vary depending on customer requests. From broad Planting Ideas and sketches to Technical Planting Plans for contractors to plant off that include numbers, spacing etc.
For a small fee we can provide Installation Guides for DIY Installation, Maintenance Schedules and other guides creating a handbook tailored to your garden that will come in handy long after the Project is completed.
3 dimensional designing provides so many possibilities, it is not only easy for customers to grasp ideas but it also allows for quick alterations, down to the finest detail. Modification of outdoor structures can be compared easily. Excellent accuracy in material quantities, measurements and technical aspects of the process can save costly errors during installation and more...
We can source chosen plants from nurseries, handle communication and can also organise delivery.
Working closely with contractors defines the success of the project. The design proposal is never treated as final and definite and the input from other contractors will better reflect the reality of the construction process. Communication during this stage is key! Depending on customer wishes we can schedule site visits to ensure a smoot
Working closely with contractors defines the success of the project. The design proposal is never treated as final and definite and the input from other contractors will better reflect the reality of the construction process. Communication during this stage is key! Depending on customer wishes we can schedule site visits to ensure a smooth installation process, be involved in placing and planting of plants and may also be able to organize complete Installation of project and contractors depending on project scope.
We don’t expect clients to make a decision there and then! We like to approach the design process more naturally and ensure that the client is fully informed and satisfied before committing to any Services. Please feel free to ask for more information anytime!
Where required the process can be broken into stages, that will be quoted separately over longer periods of time.
All of the information will be discussed in detail and summarised in the proposal.
