Situated on the shores of the lake, this property shares a border with Department of Conservation (DOC) land, warranting careful consideration in plant selection. Opting for a predominantly native mix not only preserves uninterrupted views but also promotes the attraction of indigenous wildlife, seamlessly blending with the surrounding landscape.
