SERVICE TERMS

We offer ongoing or one-off gardening, design, planting, installation and ongoing audit visits. Every job begins with a visit on site. We take time to understand your space and shape the work around what it needs. We work safely and respectfully in your garden.

All work begins with a written quote. Invoices are sent after work is completed unless agreed otherwise. We ask for payment within three days. Larger projects and material supply may require a deposit. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause further work until the account is settled.

If new information appears during the work, such as plant availability or hidden site conditions, we will confirm with you before continuing. Confirmed changes may affect the final cost; this will always be discussed for full transparency.

Please ensure we can access the site. Weather or unexpected conditions may require rescheduling. Tell us about underground pipes, cables or hazards. We work with care and carry current public liability insurance.

We choose plants and materials that suit your site. Plant health depends on natural factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. If we discover hidden conditions, we will discuss the next steps with you.

Please let us know about anything that may affect the work. This includes access changes, pets, hazards or underground services. Outstanding invoices must be paid promptly.

You may pause or end regular visits at any time. We simply ask for notice and payment for completed work. Either party may end project work with reasonable notice.
